Adults involved in youth soccer programs are required to complete this Disclosure Statement. The registration is good until August 31, 2021.
The Trainer Process is a confirmation of the applicants Coaching License(s) and insures they are risk management eligible. ENYYSA is neither endorsing nor recommending a Trainer.
As of August 1, 2017 those receiving an ENYYSA Trainer Pass cannot hold in conjunction a club coaching pass.
Please note the minimum License requirement to be a "certified" professional trainer is a USSF D National, National Youth Coaching Course (NYCC) and / or an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. However, those who only receive a Certificate of Participation (CP) on the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma will NOT be issued a trainers pass.
Please note that ENYYSA is neither endorsing nor recommending a Trainer.
If you are paid to train by a Professional Training Organization, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association as additional insured. (ENYYSA will work with large organizations to streamline this process.)
